1. Soil Preparation

Prefers well-drained loamy soil rich in organic matter.

pH: 6.5–7.5.

Mix compost or farmyard manure before sowing.

2. Seed Sowing

Season: Year-round in warm climates, but best in Feb–March and June–July.

Method:

Seeds have a hard coat → soak in water overnight for faster germination.

Sow directly in soil or start in nursery trays.

Depth: Sow seeds 1–2 cm deep.

3. Watering
